Located directly across the street from Columbia University in New York City, Barnard College is a private all-women liberal arts school and one of the Seven Sisters schools. Its relationship with its Ivy League neighbor is mutually beneficial: Barnard partners with Columbia to give its students access to the university’s academic, social, athletic (NCAA Division I as well as club and intramural sports) and extracurricular activities.
